High Strength/Machine Parts - Ni-Mo partially alloyed steel powder

Materials for high strength/ wear resistant parts, including Cr type, Ni type, and other composition systems. Fully alloyed steel powder is used with the Cr type and other composition systems; partially alloyed steel powder is used with the Ni type.

Ni-Mo partially alloyed steel powder

Steel powders for high strength/wear resistant parts. Although these are alloyed steel powders, they possesses high compressibility on the same level as pure iron powder as a result of partial bonding of Ni and other alloying element powders with atomized pure iron powder.

JIP SIGMALOY 215S	1.75％狈颈–1.5％颁耻–0.5％惭辞	High strength in as-sintered condition.
JIP SIGMALOY 415S	4.4％狈颈–1.5％颁耻–0.5％惭辞	High strength in as-sintered condition.
JIP SIGMALOY 2010	2％狈颈–1％惭辞	Soft and has good machinability in the as-sintered condition, with high strength after quenching.

　■Characteristics of Ni-Cu-Mo partially alloyed steel powder“JIP SIGMALOY? 415S”

(1)	JIP SIGMALOY 415S are the partially alloyed steel powders made by metallurgically combining the alloying elements around the pure iron powder particles, and can prevent segregation of alloying elements in sintered compacts.
(2)	In spite that they are partially alloyed with Ni-Mo, etc., they have very high compressibility.
(3)	As JIP SIGMALOY 415S in made by especially promoting the diffusion of Ni at the time of sintering, it exhibits high strength in as-sintered condition at high sintering temperature of 1250°C or more.

　■ Characteristics of Ni-Cu-Mo partially alloyed steel powder“JIP SIGMALOY? 2010”

(1)	This is partially alloyed steel powder which increases its strength when heat-treated.
(2)	It offers higher strength thean JIP SIGMALOY 415S under 1P1S1H condition.
(3)	It can be easily re-compacted as it is very soft after sintering, and exhibits the highest level of strength at 2P2S1H condition.
